We could spend all day here cooking and chatting. This project is a complete kitchen renovation—we remove everything and start fresh. Merging the dining room and kitchen together provides the flow that the homeowners wanted in their new space. To accompany all new cabinets and appliances, we add a double window feature over the sink and a unique multi-use beverage station. Touches like imported Italian backsplash tile and a strong navy blue island give an irresistible personality to the room.
An Energized Basement
An absolutely delightful spot to spend the evening. Our client had previously finished this basement, but was never really happy with it. Haven Lane reinvents the entire space by transforming the original bar into a home theater and creating a new bar area in a different location for better flow. Grays, blues, and golds provide a color palette that energizes the environment. The unique finishes in this basement set it apart including glass tile, wood paneling, and wallpaper, and as always, the key to a perfectly executed project is great lighting.
Big Little Powder Room
This small powder room makes a grand statement. The room is completely re-imagined with a multi-layered lighting scheme and floating vanity. Installing a pocket door maximizes space in the bathroom and the adjoining hallway. Especially in a small bathroom, it is surprising how much larger a space seems when the swinging door is removed providing a clear and open space. With gold fixtures, shiplap on the back wall, and an arabesque shaped mirror, this powder room shines with attention to detail that makes all the difference.
A Gathering Place
A family room becomes the perfect gathering place. This project is a complete renovation with the removal of a staircase and the addition of a catwalk above. Choosing a rough-hewn mantle updates and warms the feel of the room helping to create a relaxed, comfortable space. Installing custom wood paneling on feature walls provides unique architectural interest. Custom patterned draperies featuring bold gold-finish hardware completes the look.
